We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based real estate team. You’ll play a key role in handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, and helping streamline daily operations—all from the comfort of your home in Medellín.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, caleandar scheduling, and appointment setting
- Coordinate property listings, documentation, and MLS updates
- Follow up with leads and clients via phone, email, and CRM
- Assist in transaction coordination and closing processes
- Prepare and manage social media content and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience in real estate support or as a virtual assistant
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or similar)
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Tech-savvy and quick learner
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with U.S. real estate companies
- Understanding of MLS, Zillow, Redfin, or related platforms
- Graphic design or Canva skills for marketing content
